15-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all items within 15 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached. If your return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

How to Return an Item:

☑️ Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

☑️ We will respond with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

Non-Refundable Situations:

☑️ Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process. Once the original item is received, we will facilitate the exchange. Shipping fees may apply for exchanges unless the error was on our part.
